The meeting of CTIA (Comitato Tecnico Internazionale per l’Apostolato) was held in Rome from 27th February to 2nd March 2017. The members of the CTIA are Fr Jose Pottayil (General Councillor & President of CTIA), Fr. Zanon Darlei (General Councillor), Fr. Rosario Uccellatore (DGA, Italy), Fr. Paolo Bazaglia (DGA, Brazil), Fr. Enriquez Vazquez Bautista (DGA, Mexico-Cuba), Br. Mapayo Hanzel (DGA, Philippines-Macao) and Fr. Devasia (DGA, India-Nigeria-UK-Ireland). After the welcome address by the President, Fr. Valdir Jose De Castro, the Superior General, addressed the members. In his address, he underlined that the central objective of our mission is to do everything for the Gospel in the culture of communication. He then pointed out the role of CTIA to follow the apostolic activities of the entire congregation. He also highlighted that the DGA of a circumscription is not merely a Manager or Director but also a true animator. Following the message of the General, the members of CTIA discussed various concerns in the area of apostolate in the Congregation.
