St Theresa’s Parish, Eluru
The season of Lent calls all people to conversion. It is a favourable time for deepening our spiritual life through fasting, prayer and almsgiving. As Christians, we are invited to hear and ponder more on the Word of God. In order to facilitate the conversion process, St Theresa’s Parish has planned for a three-days Lenten Retreat starting from Friday 17th March. The retreat will be conducted by Vincentian Fathers from Divine Mercy Dhyanashram, Mangalagiri (Guntur District, A.P.). Invitations have been sent out to the parishioners and to the neighbouring parishes. Hope that the retreat will help the faithful to renew themselves spiritually and thus to make adequate preparation for the feast of Easter. Special thanks to Fr. Sebastian Kattackal, the Parish Priest, for organizing this retreat for the spiritual growth of the flock in his care.
