During the Provincial Council meeting held at the Provincialate (Mumbai) from 13 to 16 November 2017, the Provincial Superior with the consent of his council has made the following appointments in the area of apostolate:
- Fr Saju George Ellickal – Financial Administrator (Apostolate) & Director, Human Resource.
- Br Richard Vallikkattuparambil – Director, St Paul Book & Art Centre, Kochi.
- Fr Jose Paul Chittinappilly – Director, St Paul Press Training School
- Fr Jose Pulickakunnel – Coordinator of Apostolate in UK & Ireland
- Fr Plavendran Iruthayasamy – Assitant Director, St Pauls College / SPICE, Bangalore
- Fr Francis Xavier – Assistant Director, SPICE, Mumbai
