"THE EXAMINER" DEDICATED TO BLESSED ALBERIONE

The latest issue of The Examiner, a catholic news weekly from Mumbai, is dedicated to Blessed James Alberione, the Founder of the Pauline Family. All the articles in this issue are written by Paulines and are related to Blessed Alberione and the media apostolate especially in this digital age. The editorial is on James Alberione: The First Apostle of the New Evangelization by Fr Joby Mathew. The other articles appeared in the weekly are: The Challenge of being a Digital Christian by Fr Sajith Cyriac, “Ours is a Teaching Institute”—the Educative Dimension of Pauline Charism by Fr Dominic Xavier D’Silva, Media Apostolate: The charismatic Vision of Blessed James Alberione by Fr Devasia Puthiyaparambil, Digitally Ours: Pastoral guidelines for a Christian Community by Fr Renold Pascal, Understanding the digital environment by Fr Plavendran. This is an initiative idea envisaged and planned by Fr Plavendran to celebrate meaningfully the Feast of Blessed James Alberione and to give more visibility to our charism and Founder.
