Badlaavo - may sound like a Bollywood thriller, but it is the debut film project of Fr David Berkmans, the growing film-maker of ST PAULS. A first year student of Diploma in Film Making, David B is already into shooting for Badlaavo. This twenty-five-minute Hindi film is based on the moral Journey of good person facing umpteen challenges before he wins the battle.
With Fr David as the Team leader, Director and Script writer, the 30 member crew began shooting on 19th March in and around St Pauls, GK II, New Delhi. Estimated at a cost of $1000, Badalaavo, has received support from SPICE, Mumbai and the Provincial team, to see the dream of Fr. David becoming alive on Digital Screens.
