The Feast of our Founder Bl. James Alberione was celebrated in the community of Jorhat in the evening at 6 o clock on 26th of November 2023. The programme began with a brief introduction on Founder Fr. James Alberione, given by Dn. Francis. The introduction was insightful and it made the people understand the life of our Founder Fr. James Alberione. Unlike other years, this year we celebrated the feast with the lay faithful of our Parish. A video describing Pauline family and the Mission of the Paulines was screened for the faithful. The video helped not only the priests and Religious Sisters, but also the people to understand the mission of the Society of St Paul. A song on our Founder added more joy and meaning to the feast day Celebration. The faithful danced and rejoiced in our campus singing the Tribal songs. They also made the priests and Religious sisters dance to the tune of the songs. The tribal dance and festive dinner brought a completely different atmosphere for the community of Jorhat.
