Bandra : The event titled “An Informative Journey towards Self-discovery” was held on 1 December 2023, and organized by Ms Mitali Sankhe and the Students Council at St Pauls Institute of Communication Education For Women. The objective of the session was to educate students about the journey towards self-discovery and to promote mental well-being. The event began with a welcome address by Vice Principal Fr Renold, followed by a workshop led by guest Elisha Virani, a psychologist and Gestalt Master Therapist. The interactive session included discussions on mental health, counselling awareness, and practical exercises like deep breathing. The event concluded with a vote of thanks from Ms Mitali Sankhe and felicitation of the guest by Fr Renold, emphasizing the importance of creating awareness about mental health among students.
