29 July 2024, Fr Joby Mathew, Provincial Superior welcomed General Councillors, Fr Valdecir Uveda and Fr Alan Gamutan to SSP Provincial House, Mumbai. Superior Genral, Fr Domenico Soliman in his letter dated 22 July 2024, to the members of the India-Great Britain-Ireland Province reminded that “they come to you as Visitators to proceed to the Verification Visit, two years after the Canonical Visit and one and half years after XIX Chapter of your circumscription”. Further, he states that this visit may also be a propitious occasion to strengthen the bonds of fraternity among India-Great Britain-Ireland Province and the General Government.
