The Bangalore community of Society of St Paul had a double cause for celebration on 1st and 2nd of August. The General Councilors Rev. Fr Valdecir and Rev. Fr Alen on August 1st were warmly welcomed. An evening Holy Eucharist followed by a community meeting marked their first day of verification visit to the community of Bangalore.
On the following day, 2 August, the community turned its focus to celebrating the birthday of our beloved Superior, Rev. Fr Dominic D’Silva. The day began with a special Eucharistic adoration, setting a spiritual tone for the festivities.
After the evening Holy Eucharist, the formation group presented a vibrant cultural programme. This event provided a platform for the community to express their heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the visiting General Councilors. The presence of Fr Joby Mathew, the provincial, and the council for formation raised the happiness of the community to another level. The entertainment programme also served as a joyous occasion to wish Fr Dominic a very happy birthday. The evening was filled with music, dance, and shared laughter, reflecting the strong bond within the community.
